    I came to technology through design and through years of helping people understand it. That combination still shapes every product, website, and decision I work on.

    The story

    Design first. Technology always.

    Brazil

    I studied advertising and graphic design, learning to begin with the audience, the idea, and the feeling before choosing the medium.

    Teaching

    I began teaching digital skills in Ireland in 2021 and taught more than 500 groups of older people. Those conversations taught me to notice where people hesitate and explain the next step clearly.

    Products

    FuelWatch.ie and Passenger.ie turned that design instinct into public products used across Ireland, covering everything from interface and code to launch and support.

    Today

    Based in Westport, Co. Mayo, I create apps and websites, improve existing systems and help owners make technology decisions. I also work with founders and people learning to build with AI, remotely in English.

    My interest in how things look and feel goes back to the machines I grew up with. The Museum collects the computers, music systems and other objects that still shape how I think about design.

    Clarity and patience are part of the product.

    Teaching taught me to slow down, ask better questions and explain the next step. That is the experience I bring when your customer is booking for the first time, or you need to understand what a website change will involve.
